PeroxyChem hires Zheng Jiang as a Food Safety Scientist

PeroxyChem is pleased to announce that Zheng Jiang has joined the Food and Beverage division as a Food Safety Scientist.

In this role, Zheng will oversee food safety application and development activities from concept and discovery through launch for PeroxyChem Food and Beverage products. Her work will include bench studies and coordinating test trials in support of new products and collaborations with customers and external resources. She will be closely supported by PeroxyChem’s research and development team in the fields of microbiology, biochemistry, organic and physical chemistry, regulatory affairs and process and chemical engineering.
